Samuel Muehlemann

Professor of Human Resource Education and Development

LMU Munich School of Management

My research focuses on Personnel Economics, Economics of Education, and Labor Economics. I am particularly interested in understanding the costs and benefits of apprenticeship training, hiring costs, and how firms invest in human capital. My recent work examines how AI adoption affects apprenticeship training and other forms of workplace training.
